This past week was also about spreading some love amongst blogger friends and Erin from like/want/need nominated me for a Liebster Blog award.  Liebster is the German word for beloved or favorite. The Liebster Blog award is passed from one blog to the other to honor your favorite, smaller blogs (ones with less than 200 followers) and once chosen, you get to bestow it on other bloggers...

So now I get the honor to nominate my five favorites:

A76 of a can do it (my first blogging friend)
 Santa of homestilo
Heather of it's so suburban

Ladies now you can go on an spread some love as well!

  4. Yay! So happy you're passing on the Leibster love! And I love your IKEA pictures, I'm a total sucker for that store. It's like my happy place. Do you go to the one in Elizabeth? We have two in Philly (well, one is 20 minutes outside the city) but I once made my boyfriend drive me to the one in Elizabeth because it was the only store in the area that carried a vase I was looking for. True story. :)

  5. I ♥ Ikea too!

Yes, we're going to the one in Elisabeth, it's the closest one to where I live and they only have a 3.5% sales tax. I would drive to a store out of state if they have something I want as well ;) Already brought home some Ikea towel bars after a trip to Germany when they were always sold out over here.

  6. I love how low the tax rate is at that IKEA, it's so wonderful and so unfair at the same time, haha. I still prefer my "home" IKEA, but it infuriates me whenever they don't have something I want. Haha, smart move on picking things up in Germany!

  7. Ooooh, how sweet of you (blush blush). I hope u had a blast ice skating. I went in December (but to the Rocketfeller Center one) and ooohhh myyyy were my legs trembling within minutes ... simple reminder that I don't skate as often as I used to. :) But still FUN!!!!

  8. Ada, I haven't been ice skating in about 15 years and I wasn't that steady on the ice either. My muscles were so sore the next day ;)

  9. Thank you very much for the award - I'm sorry that I still haven't managed to read (and comment) the post of my fave blogs from the last weeks (I was on holiday and had no internet connection). Thanks again!
    xoxo

  10. Don't worry about it :) Hope you enjoyed your vacation! Sometimes it's a good thing to be cut off from the internet for a couple of days...
