Week twenty nine flew by in an instant. I guess I had too much fun. Started the week with a picnic in Central Park, listening to the NY Philharmonic play. Wednesday night P and I saw OMD in concert. On Friday I had to rush home after work because we met with our architect, who is finalizing the drawings for the backyard. Yay, I cannot wait for the backyard project to get started. After we finished the meeting we visited a friend, who helped me to recover my SD card, which I stupidly stuck into my CD drive. Funny enough when I googled my predicament I saw that I wasn't the only one who would do such a stupid thing. After the crazy busy week I needed a mellow weekend and what better way to relax than to snuggle and nap on the couch with the dog visiting you. This was my past week in short...How was your week/weekend?

ReplyDeleteI can't resist that face either. She is so cute and thinks she is a little lap dog, always trying to snuggle with you. I already resent myself for starting the door project because the next step is sanding the door, makes the scraping look like fun..
DeleteThat pup is just the cutest thing. Are you guys thinking about getting a dog of your own one day? ;) It's a lot different than pet-sitting, though, haha. Just like sitting for babies, you can give them back to their parents when you get tired of them! I'm happy your SD recovery story had a happy ending, that would have scared me so much if it happened to me! xo
ReplyDeleteWe definitely want a dog someday but it won't happen anytime soon. Until then we are enjoying dog sitting, as you said with dog sitting you get all the fun and then you give them back to their owners. I am beyond exited that I got the SD back because I had some photos on it for my next blog posts...xx
