Today I write to you from my new and improved work space. Although it is not quite finished and there are still mountains of magazines that need sorting it's such an improvement from the previous mess.
The only things I bought new are the Alex drawer unit and the Forså desk lamp from Ikea. Everything else I already owned. Actually the birds are new as well. Sitting on the lamp is the coocoo showhorn and on the printer sits this little bird from West Elm. Yes, there is a Super Grover hanging on my bulletin board. He was one of my favorite Sesame Street characters and my husband gave it to me a while back. It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's Super Grover!
Aww - if I had an (home) office like this, I'd probably quit my fav. working space on the couch :) Love the antlers!

I am filled with envy about your office. Both of my workspaces are a complete mess right now. You're giving me some hope though!
ReplyDeleteThat tulip chair is really, really sexy. You've done a great job with the whole space! I have that smaller Ikea filing drawer unit and the thing almost ruined my relationship. Never put together Ikea furniture with your boyfriend (especially if there is a chance you will assemble it backwards).

Erin, me and my husband have gotten into smaller arguments over the assembly of Ikea furniture as well. Only because I know everything better than him. Ha,ha ;)
Btw. the chair is sadly not an original Tulip chair...
I love the super groover!!! So nice to see people incorporating things that make them (and other people) SMILE!!!
