keep calm

Photobucket

This was my mantra for the last couple of days. Thursday night while working on new blog posts my computer got infected with a virus. It's not working at all, can't open any files or programs so after an initial panic reaction I turned it off and called a friend for help. Unfortunately he is away for the weekend but he'll try to fix it tomorrow. If that doesn't work I luckily backed up everything last week so lost data would be minimal. In the meantime I resurrected my old laptop and can't believe how sloooow it is...

Yesterday my husband went grocery shopping and I asked him to bring home some tea for me. He got this one because he thought I might enjoy the retro packaging and I do!

  1. As someone that drinks multiple cups of tea a day, I think I need a copy of that print! Tea is so calming and delicious. Love that packaging. Retro typography always gets me! That tea cup is gorgeous, where is it from?

  3. OMG- you would think with my past experiences I would be backing things up..this post is a big reminder that I need to start doing that. I hope it all works out for you and soon. Unrelated: I love that last shot of the (ever so cool) cup with the tea. (must Pin!)

  4. Erin, the cup is by Dibbern and the design is called Black Forest. I got from my parents a while back. If I had a ton of money I would get all of their stuff ;)

Ada, my laptops backs up periodically by itself otherwise I would forget about it.

Santa, yes it's so important to back up all the time. So for still working from crappy old computer but hopefully get my beloved laptop back!
